All the Places We Call Home Book Review

The beautifully illustrated book is the story of a child remembering all of the most important places to her all around the world.  She and her mother discuss memories of past visits from their home in America to where she was born in South Africa to her paternal great-grandmother's home in Zimbabwe to her mother's birthplace in Jamaica, and returning to her own bedroom in America.

This is the story of family and the cultures that they come from around the globe.  It allows a child to not only discuss their own family origins but allows them to dream of places that they might want to visit some day.
