I love the fantastical illustrations by Kimberley Barnes that accompany the rhyming text in this book. Children with different abilities, genders, skin colors, and nationalities are pictured in this book doing fun things in all sorts of places with each other and animals. The pictures are bright and engaging and the story shares how very special the person is who’s being read to. I’m only sorry that this isn’t a board book to be read to very little children as they grow up. Otherwise, this is a fun reminder to a child of how much their presence on the Earth was to God that He made them.
