I have been a long-time fan of Jan Karon's books and I was so excited to get to read Bathed in Prayer - Father Tim's Prayers, Sermons, and Reflections from the Mitford Series. Reading Bathed in Prayer was a lovely walk back in time to the Mitford series. Karon walks the readers through each of the books from the very beginning and shares Father Tim's messages. Each message is special in and of itself, if you've never read the books.
Just as the Mitford books were hard to put down, I found that Bathed in Prayer was hard to put down as well. This is a highly recommended book that brings a good Christian message and encouragement to the reader.
